Program Description
Employees and subcontractor crew members may receive and send work-related SMS messages regarding:
- Job assignments
- Scheduling and arrival times
- Crew coordination
- Material requests and deliveries
- Weather delays
- Safety information
- Work progress updates
- Other operational communications related to roofing projects
This messaging program is not used for marketing, promotional offers, or advertising.
Opt-In
Employees and subcontractor crew members are provided this business SMS number directly by Old Glory Roofing management during onboarding or before beginning work.
Participation is voluntary.
To begin receiving messages, the employee or subcontractor sends the first text message to the company number. If the sender is not already registered, they will be asked to provide their first name to complete registration. Management reviews and approves registrations before operational messaging begins.
